So love making individual servings! Check out Crate &amp; Barrel for FABulous individual baking dishes in all shapes and sizes. My newest faves are square ramekins with fluted sides -- so modern looking, and yet charming! Since there&#39;s no C&amp;B in SLC (YET!), I watch for them when I&#39;m traveling on business. Love their &#39;shopping bag&#39; too, i.e., a box w/handle that makes a perfect carry-on for the plan! And, if you haven&#39;t already visited (which you probably have!), another great spot is World Market in the Ft. Union area. The first time you do use smaller dishes, keep tabs on how the food is baking. Check on it often to find the optimum baking time. You will likely be able to just look at it and tell if it's done. I&#39;ve been thinking about it for awhile because I think it would be a great way to handle left overs of meals that I make in large batches (casseroles, mac and cheese, etc.) But I think maybe I&#39;ll try just putting them in the smaller dishes from the get go but how does that affect cooking time? For instance, if I make my regular large batch of mac &amp; cheese and pour it into several small dishes and put them all in the oven, do I cook them as long as I would if they were all in one big dish? Longabergers are made in Amish country...near where I grew up in Ohio. Everyone in Ohio loves them, owns them, worships them...you get the idea :) When we married my Mom gave us a Longaberger picnic basket that is actually pretty cute.
