However, I think a few things help my kids: first, repetition (I serve a salad almost every single night); second, I am not a picky eater myself and like just about everything under the sun and picky parents seem to breed picky children; last, I expect them to eat what we are eating. I don't make two separate meals for kids and adults. I typically make 3 different things (i.e. soup, salad, bread) so they can load up on a couple of things should they not be keen on one element. Does that make sense? Anyway, like I said, it's a complex subject!Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16668666249393993201noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2223574843325201892.post-69229636216887685702011-09-20T01:52:23.638-07:002011-09-20T01:52:23.638-07:00love your food post! it makes my mouth water and ...love your food post! it makes my mouth water and then makes me jealous.... my kids are hot dog kids. how have you been so successful with feeding your kids? x

check out our post about the weekly meal plan:

http://fanfamfun.blogspot.com/2011/09/honest-weekly-food-planner-for-children.htmlFanFamFunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00149158009055399942noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2223574843325201892.post-87275044145548234702011-09-19T07:54:51.582-07:002011-09-19T07:54:51.582-07:00I've been wanting another Menu of the Week pos...I've been wanting another Menu of the Week post from you...they are always inspiring. This coming from a girl born and raised in the south. I know there are lots of different flavors of bbq sauce, but I prefer one slightly tangy. I add lots more cracked pepper than this calls for because I looove it!

http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/down-home-with-the-neelys/neelys-bbq-sauce-recipe/index.htmlRikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16838531505752325623noreply@blogger.com
