btw... I'd make the comment font a slightly darker color so people can see how many comments are on each post... maybe it'll help 'em want to post comments.
I gathered info from Design Mom for most of it. A guest Mom at the beginning of May (see archives) wrote a post about how to do it. I also went to Tips for New Bloggers, "Changing Picture on Banner" or something like that and found very helpful info in one of the posts. Between Amy M.'s guest post on Design Mom and this post you'll have all the info you'll need at your fingertips.
