Q4U

Since I had two extra hands today (Scott & Robin a.k.a. "Scobin" to E.), we ventured out to Kearns (1st time!) and hit Q4U Barbeque. Since the shout out in Salt Lake Magazine, I've been curious...I love a good bbq restaurant. The ambiance was probably a 1 out of 10 (it was a little grimy) but the food and the prices were closer to an 8. These numbers mean it's a great place for kids :) Their homemade bbq sauce has a nice kick to it, I liked it. Their motto, "Call the dogs in, put the fire out, the hunt's over" should give you an indication of what type of restaurant it is, or the "Pig in or pig out" on the cover of the menu; and we can't forget the "Pig from the Rig" :) This picture is from their website believe it or not.


To its credit Q4U was named one of the top 10 bbq restaurants in the West by Sunset magazine. So head to the West side next time a craving for good ol' Southern bbq comes on.
