Check out the newest designer label to hit Target--Rafe New York. Handbags at Rafe Totengco's New York boutique run several hundred dollars...at Target they run 39.99. I purchased their last one in this style today. Yeah for me. I LOVE a good deal. And let's be honest, does it really look much different than the $395 version below it? Target rocks.
