a Good Rub Down

I made a spice rub a few weeks ago and it was super tasty and super easy. Bonus. This recipe from MS Everyday Food looks really good. Click here to view.

Note: After tossing the chicken in the rub mixture, throw it in a large ziplock bag and drizzle with a little olive oil and the juice from one lemon. Marinate for about 20 hours before throwing on the grill. Talk about easy breezy!
