Silver Spoon

Every year I like to buy a new cookbook. I consider them training manuals for my profession if you will. This is the book I'd like to buy next. It's a hefty book that could double for a coffee table book too. I can see many a recipe being a crowd pleaser--who doesn't love Italian?
