Another Great Target Find

I love all the designers creating special lines for Target. What a great way to buy a little somethin' somethin' with a little pizazz. Forgive the 80's term but that is the first word that came to my mind! This top is similar to a top at Whimsy now (it comes in ivory and black) that runs about $88. Mine? $22.99 baby.
