Well I finally decided on door #1. These beauties at Crate & Barrel tempted me for a fleeting moment but once I found these knock-offs at my favorite bargain retail mecca, there was no turning back. I offset the price by selling my "old" chairs to Jerin & Wami...and I admit they are just as comfortable in their house as they were in ours.
Anyway, the chairs look fantastic and I could not be more thrilled. I must mention that they are made in guess where? Italy! It is amazing that some furniture is still made outside China and Indonesia, no?
They also look surprisingly similar to these chairs over at DWR. Hmmm....
I finally decided to look at Tartget online and they have some great stuff. I found some stools I want but Pottery Barn was a little much. Low and behold they are at Target for much less! Thanks for the tip.
