Chilled Tomato Soup with Fresh Thyme

After a few friends brought over surplus garden tomatoes, I decided to make this yummy soup recipe. One taster mentioned it was good warmed up as well. I served it with rosemary garlic bread ,rubbed with olive oil and toasted in the oven.
