stephmodo: Puerto Penasco

Puerto Penasco

• 02 October 2007

We had a great time getting some R&R with friends down in Puerto Penasco. The home we stayed at was incredible and the company just as great! Our time was spent preparing wonderful meals with local ingredients, playing games, building sandcastles, sea kayaking, and cruising the local shops. It was interesting to see the western side of Mexico. The topography is very different than anything you see on the Yucatan.

Here are several pictures from the trip:

  2. That sounds like a wonderful vacation. I'm so glad we get time like that every once in a while - vacations are what get me through the "ordinary days". My OB gave me terrific advice - he said never come home from a trip without another trip planned - even if it's a year away until the next trip - it gives you something to look forward to. So...I have taken his advice to heart and always try to have a vacation planned. I love vacations! Glad you got to enjoy a little R&R! Speaking of planning things - we still need to plan a lunch date!
