Who doesn't love a cupcake? Especially a cupcake made from high quality ingredients like real butter, cocoa and Madagascar vanilla...

That's what I thought!

So Cupcake is the latest bakery in Salt Lake to join the cupcake craze, and this girl is going all out with her own storefront come February! YUM! Inspired by her sweet little daughter, founder Natalie Jensen decided to create something to evoke a moment of bliss for all of us.

So Cupcake will be opening its doors in Holladay in February
(exact date is TBD) at 3939 S. Highland Drive. This treat spot will be opened Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. I have an inkling this is about to become my favorite joint for an afternoon sugar fix. (Les Madeleines closes at 3 p.m. now so I've been on the hunt!)

Thanks to her generosity the lucky winner of this giveaway receives one dozen Hanky Panky RED VELVET cupcakes with Burgundy Vanilla Buttercream Frosting (a $24.50 value) shipped to their doorstep (unless of course you're local, in which case they will be delivered). I've personally sample the red velvet cupcake and it is truly delectable. The hearty size translates into bang for your buck...always a nice bonus.

    needing the red velvet! the place right near my house, doughboys, that is FAMOUS for their red velvet cupcakes (oprah visited and declared them delish) just up and closed their doors a few months ago and i haven't had a morsel of red velvet since then. oooooh how i want them! :)
