I just realized that I never posted pictures of the nursery as promised months ago. Oops. Better late than never? The nursery is super simple but I like it that way.
Starting from top left going clockwise:
1. mushroom art created by Aunty Kristen
2. little S. on top of her changing table/dresser; I changed out the boring, nondescript knobs for pretty, feminine ones from Anthropologie
3. full room view; rocker and ottoman in natural twill from Kmart if you can believe it.
4. china girl bedding; blue wall color from Restoration Hardware; photograph by Rebecca of Darling Art Photography; Pottery Barn wood gallery frame
I also love this shadow box frame (see below) full of little cards gifted to Little Miss S. after she was born. Displaying these keepsakes in such a way is a fun way to remember those special days.
love the hobbers china doll bedding! babinski's? i work there and it's my favorite bedding we've ever had! Darling nursery! You just gave me a great idea for a blog idea! I might be contacting you to see if we can post a pic of your nursery on the babinski's blog?
