Good news...we may be seeing one of these in SLC in the hopefully not-so-distant future. My fingers are crossed this joint becomes my occasional indulgence by 2009. Hopefully the people of St. George treat In N' Out sooooo well that they want to see what the rest of Utah has to offer. ReplyDeleteJust went down to St. George and was disappointed that it's not yet open down there!
"Occasional indulgence" are the key words. I have an In N Out across the street from me. And with it being so cheap, it is always a temptation.
