Menu of the Week

We've already began plowing through these meals but I wanted to post about them anyway since it's always fun to have new recipe ideas to share. So far they are all "make-overs". I've never made ahi tuna before, but found this recipe super easy to prepare and tasty. I also enjoyed this Chicken Piccata recipe more than any other I've tried so if you love lemons, give it a whirl.


Southwestern Salad with Black Beans, tortilla chips

Pork Souvlaki, Chopped Greek Salad & warm pita chips

Chicken Piccata, steamed artichokes, fresh fruit

Risotto with Mushrooms, Sausage & Peas, crusty bread, salad

Seared Ahi Tuna Pepper Steaks, steamed broccoli, fruit

Dessert: Red Velvet Cupcakes with Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting (Better Homes & Gardens)
