Easy Lettuce Wraps, steamed rice, pineapple
(Again, this is a Donna Hay recipe so it is difficult to find online)
Chicken with Mustard Cream on Watercress, steamed artichokes
Wild Mushroom Soup with Creamy Goat Cheese & Chives, multi-grain baci rolls
Tilapia with Citrus Fennel Relish, crusty bread, watercress salad, fruit
(the recipe called for Grouper or other firm white fish but I couldn't find either in my area so I opted for Tilapia)
Breakfast: Carrot Zucchini Yogurt Muffins (vs. cereal and toast the other days!)

ReplyDeleteGo Aussie Donna Hay - I made her cocounut chicken for Cher - who got a little addicted to it - no leftovers the next day... she has great clean palate recipes!
