If you live in Salt Lake and are in need of a little good cheer (as in, it's been one of "those" days), head on over to Liberty Heights Fresh and give their flower selection a good stare. See what I mean? While you're there, grab yourself a fun drink from their refrigerator. Watch out though, you'll catch yourself smiling again :)
...then share that good cheer with someone else. Maybe give them one of your flowers with a ribbon around the stem and a little note. Or snatch up one of their little brownies or cookies. There is always someone in need of a little pick-me-up!
When I lived in the Avenues I would often stroll down to Liberty Heights whenever I needed a pick-me-up. Orange sunflowers or a bouquet of iris and a sparkling lemonade...
