Winter Squash Soup with Rosemary Corn Muffins
Chicken Piccata with some kind of vegetable :)
Asian Noodle & Herb Soup (a Donna Hay recipe so I don't have a link sadly)
Dessert: Apple Pie (version is tbd--will keep you posted)
i've made that chicken piccata before. it's great. love all of ina's recipes
