Salsa Verde Braised Pork with Tortillas & Salad (slow cooker version)

Herb Crusted Salmon with Roasted Lemons, Herbed Roasted Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Salad

Winter Squash Soup with Rosemary Corn Muffins

Chicken Piccata with some kind of vegetable :)

Asian Noodle & Herb Soup (a Donna Hay recipe so I don't have a link sadly)

Dessert: Apple Pie (version is tbd--will keep you posted)
