Undoubtedly, this is the best version of pumpkin cheesecake I've ever come across. Talented Kelli (formerly of Tangled & True) made it and shared it with the Husband and I this past weekend. Boy, did we enjoy it...for dessert, then breakfast, then dessert again! It's to-die-for!
I thought it a lovely alternative to the traditional pumpkin pie. I can't wait to make it myself. I highly recommend you adding this to your Thanksgiving repertoire...

Oooh, that looks awesome! My husband is a pumpkin pie fanatic, though - I'll have to see if he'd go for a twist.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to pick a dessert to make for our family "bake-off" - a friendly holiday dessert competition. Please continue to share yummy ideas, because I want to win this year!
I've had this page open for days (the whole Thanksgiving book by Williams-Sonoma is excellent)...but trying to find pumpkin puree or ginger snap cookies in Switzerland has been a no-go. I am thinking this is going to be a really made from scratch adventure!
ReplyDeleteMmmmm....my in-laws would love that for Thanksgiving! I'm signing up for desserts!
