These Christmas cards from Ella McDoniels are luscious. How fun would it be to receive a card you could actually incorporate into your holiday decorations?
After you displayed it during the month of December, pick up a white wood gallery frame from Pottery Barn, frame the printed card, then store until next Christmas. You could hang it on the wall the following holiday season and spruce things up a bit. In the meantime you could just store it with your other holiday decorations.
Upon receiving some really beautiful cards over the years, I have often thought how nice they would look framed as part of the decor. I never got around to doing that, but I agree it's a cool idea.
