Sometimes you need something quick to eat, but you don't want yucky fast food. In most places, this causes quite a conundrum. "Quick" and "healthy" aren't usually found in the same sentence when it comes to eating out when on a tight schedule. However, Salt Lake's new modern, fresh "fast food" eatery, Au Naturale, aims to provide just that...healthy food produced quickly.

My favorite thing about Au Naturale is its drive-thru. Seriously. As a mom of 3, how could I not love that convenience? And while I haven't tried everything on the menu, a few things stand out more than others...like the Southwestern Sandwich with Baked Sweet Potato Fries. Make sure you ask them to toast your bun :)

Au Naturale would like to give away a free lunch to one lucky local in the form of a gift card worth $10 (sorry all you out-of-staters!).     I am from out of state, but tried this place last time I was in town. I LOVED it. The Chicken Chile was fantastic.

    While I may not get to use this prize, I'd love to win this for my dad (who works just down the street).

    I just went for the first time last week and LOVED the food and the convenience of the drive-thru. They even have cute little toys for the kids, (my daughter received a lady bug). Great place!

    I've been to au naturale once, and fell in love. I think it is a brilliant idea and dream of eating there again as I am driving to class, late, and have to pass it time and time again. It is yummy...and heatlhy...and fresh:_)
