stephmodo: Classic Lemonade

Classic Lemonade

• 02 February 2009

I've been experimenting with lemonade recipes for awhile now in attempt to find the best recipe. Something tart, but not too tart; something sweet, but not too sweet. It's a bit tricky. But, after much trial and error, I think I found one I really enjoy. Ironically enough, it's the easiest of the bunch to prepare.

You can find the recipe here. I added a few cups of crushed ice to the pitcher as well. Four cups of water didn't water it down enough. For garnish, add a few lemon slices and/or fresh mint, thyme or lavender.
