Okay, so this is more like last week's menu and this week's menu combined. I just realized I forgot to post some of the meals last week. I hope these give you some additional dinnertime ideas or at least inspire you to try some of your own new recipes!

Hazelnut Encrusted Salmon, steamed broccoli, greens
Vegetarian 3 Bean Chili with Avocado, Brown Rice, Fruit
Creamy Cauliflower Soup, Buttermilk Biscuits, Salad
Seared Asian Tuna Steaks, Asian Sesame Roasted Green Beans, Rice
Potesto Pizza, Salad, Fruit

ReplyDeleteIt's the strangest thing, "@udj", it's a Martha Stewart Recipe, from the Healthy Living column she does in her magazine, yet I cannot find the recipe online! If it ends up being super delicious, I will give the recipe its own post. In the meantime she does have a 2-Bean chili recipe on her website. You may want to check into that!
