stephmodo: Ina Garten's Paris Apartment

Ina Garten's Paris Apartment

• 02 March 2009

The November 2008 Town & Country magazine I bought off Ebay recently arrived and I am carefully studying the details of Ina Garten's Paris apartment. Funny enough, I'm trying to scope out where it is exactly...I'm dying to see why she chose this particular neighborhood. In my dreams I run into her on the streets of Paris :)

Oh and that gorgeous La Cornue! So pretty...

  3. Ina Garten is wonderful, her cooking and style. I love that you posted her Paris apartment. I just recently discovered your blog and I really enjoy it! You inspired me to make some very yummy lemon curd this past weekend. It was easy and delicious.

  4. Here are a few clues from and interview on the Fodor website: "I love the street market in front of my apartment on Boulevard Raspail. It's called Le Marché Biologique. It goes from Cherche-Midi to Rue de Rennes.

I live on the border of the 6th and 7th arrondissement, between three things that I think are the best things in Paris: the bread bakery Poilâne (8 rue du Cherche-Midi), the cheese shop Fromagerie Barthélemy (51 rue de Grenelle), and Bon Marché (38 rue de Sèvres), a huge specialty food store that's amazing. I'm also near Marianne Robic (39 rue de Babylone), a great flower shop."

And here's the link to the interview in its entirety: http://www.fodors.com/news/story_2159.html

    Love your website~

  6. I love this! I recently read an article in House Beautiful about her new barn. I find her style so well-edited, unique, and simply elegant. And who wouldn't want a Paris apartment like hers?

Also - LOVE your blog. I've been reading for a couple of months now.

  9. The T&C article mentioned white dinnerware Ina uses from Pottery Barn or Williams Sonoma. Do you know the name of it and which store it's from? I love her style and glad to know about something so affordable!
