I saw this somewhere in the blogosphere a few months ago and we've been using it for a long time--it works GREAT. I printed one for each kid and had it laminated, and we use dry-erase markers to mark off the chores each day. They're pretty easy (make bed, brush teeth, etc.) for my 5 and 3-year-old but they love checking off the marks themselves and feeling responsible. They also earn 10 cents per check mark, so that helps. :)
