It can be difficult finding a tasteful, sentimental gift...one that the receiver would actually use/wear/display/enjoy. Lisa recently created a personalized circle necklace for my mom that fits all of the above criterion. She loves it and wears it almost daily {insert huge sigh of relief}. I also love this simple baby spoon...what a perfect gift! It would look fantastic in one of Darcy's memory boxes, don't you think?

I just love that baby spoon - a modern spin on the traditional Tiffany one. And I'm so glad to find out about the scrapboxes! I was thinking of having this sailor suit worn by a few generations of young boys in our family framed - this will be a much more financially palatable alternative!
ReplyDeleteOh I love these memory boxes too! I've just gathered up some Ikea frames and plan to make some - such a fun and lovely idea.
ReplyDeleteI kind of flipped out when I saw this story in MS Living!
ReplyDeleteVery sweet spoon!
