Menu of the Week

Oops...totally forgot to post this awhile ago...somehow it became lost in my "drafts" :) Hopefully something here will provide some added inspiration in your kitchen!
Things I wanted to use up in both my fridge/freezer/pantry this particular week:
* organic frozen corn (Costco offers a well-priced version)
* potatoes
* asian noodles
Pasta Pomodoro (my easy version: a little EVOO, diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, s+p), Salad, Fruit
Chicken Tikka Masala, Toasted Coconut Rice, Steamed Broccoli
Macadamia-crusted Salmon, Brown Rice, Sauteed Haricots Verts
Zuppa Toscana, Salad, Fruit
White Cheddar Corn Chowder, Salad, Crusty Rolls
Southeast Asian Chicken + Noodles, Fruit
mmmm... the two chicken recipes sound delicious! I have bookmarked them to try out next week. Thanks for the inspiration.
