Dark Chocolate Pudding
• 06 April 2010
After purchasing a mother lode of Guittard bittersweet chocolate chips from this gal, I became increasingly fixated with bittersweet chocolate desserts. Bittersweet chocolate is simply the best kind of chocolate out there when it comes to taste (and according to most, the "healthiest"!); its deep, rich color is also tantalizing.
Today, over at Zupas, I am sharing my easy recipe for Dark Chocolate Pudding. Basically I took a very American dessert and then added a hint of sophistication. It tastes more like something you'd find in France where the emphasis is on enhancing flavor (in this case--chocolate), instead of straight sugar. And seriously, it'll take you only 10 minutes to make.
If that's your kind of dessert, then click here for the recipe!
I really must remember to eat before I visit your blog - always the most enticing desserts (and my husband loves pudding).
