Strawberries, Brown Sugar + Creme Fraiche

I'm sharing one of my favorite Spring/Summer snacks today over at the Zupas food blog today. It's simple, delicious and easy-to-prepare. My favorite combination!

  2. We always had this growing up but with sour cream and I loved it. Creme Fraiche would make it extra fabulous, I'm sure. Thanks for the reminder of a wonderful and simple dessert!

  3. Nicomi: Crème fraiche has a tangy, almost nutty flavor. But it's really subtle too. I always prefer it to mascarpone and sour cream in just about everything! (although the other two certainly have their place :) )

  7. Excited to read your tips regarding traveling to France. I have a trip with my husband planned this month - leaving May 26! I am sure they will be helpful and exactly the tips I am in need of. Glad you enjoyed your trip and are feeling better.

    ps. Will be bringing a little bag of brown sugar for a light afternoon snack of strawberries + creme fraiche.
