
Almost a decade ago, my mother-in-law introduced me to this easy crowd-pleaser and it's now a favorite in our home--particularly for entertaining. Not a brunch has gone by without the presence of these delicious, baked Mexican Eggs.

ReplyDeleteWe have an egg recipe similar to this that we enjoy. Our recipe has a few dried herbs and 2 cups cottage cheese, too.
