I popped by Target the other day and spotted these cute embellished tees for a mere $12. There were about 12 different styles to choose from, including these two pictured. Paired with a nice cardigan (I wouldn't recommend the ones I saw at Target--try a J.Crew version perhaps) and a pretty necklace, it would be a great look for anyone on a budget.

I went to Target today to check those t-shirts out. I was very happy to find similar ones in the kids' area, too. They are so adorable! I got a few and can't wait to see my 2 yr-old girl trying them on.
