Trying to figure out what to wear to a holiday party--be it Christmas or New Years--is something almost everyone deals with during this time of year. It's as if we subconsciously feel the need to add one more thing to worry about...funny how that works! This week's giveaway, sponsored by DownEast Basics, is aimed to alleviate some of that holiday stress by presenting you with four lovely and affordable options for your holiday wardrobe. I've had the opportunity to review each of these items in person and I have a few notes to share with you:

Little Black Dress - styling reminiscent of Jackie O and subsequently feels very classic. The pretty organza layer adds a element of elegance.

Cardigan - would also be cute with a white, v-neck tee and some jeans. Runs small. A nice transition into Spring as well.

Gray Silky Skirt - I love that it's gray...a nice change. It's perfect with that red or wine-colored top. It's nice to have a pretty, non-black option (I tend to load up on black, but am always grateful for other colors to wear with black too).

Posy Top - like the cardigan, this could also be dressed down. Pretty enough to stand alone, or be used as a layering piece. It's super soft and very comfortable too--also very transitional.
