Ironically enough, now that the holidays have come and gone, I'm in the mood to bake with pumpkin...like a lot. Perhaps it's because the holidays were a blur, and I don't feel like I amply took advantage of the season of baking and giving due to all the crazy changes going on in our life (or lack of preparation?). But since I am a huge pumpkin fan, and not ready to give it up just yet, I've decided to just run with it. So, if you're like me and enjoy a delicious cupcake that isn't overly sweet, you'll enjoy these Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting any time of the year.
Find the recipe over at Zupas today. Enjoy!

Those look and sound delicious. I love pumpkin and orange, so how perfect to have them together in a cupcake. I'll be baking these up this weekend!
