Not Your Granny's Shoes

Did you know that 82% of women experience foot pain and 90% of surgeries for common foot problems are performed on women? I guess that's why several labels are adding comfortable shoes to their lines. Cole Haan , Easy Spirit by Tara Subkoff, and Prada are some examples. I like Aerosoles personally because the thought of spending 200-400 on a pair of shoes is strictly reserved for the in-my-dreams pair of Manolo Blahniks. Aerosoles is a lower priced line where shoes run between $40 and $80--a bit more reasonable to say the least.

Every now and then Aerosoles nails the fashion trends right on the head while also providing comfortable shoes...this season is one of those. It's been a few years since I've felt this way so I'm pretty excited. What woman, especially Mommies, doesn't want a stylish, comfortable shoe that comes in lots of color choices? Did I just put all those adjectives in the same sentence? Anyway, this particular shoe intrigues me...it seems perfect for spring and summer and could even possible transition into Autumn.
