Whenever I bake, I usually give each of the kids a "beater"--something I enjoyed as a child. Yesterday I made the chocolate cake recipe I posted a few weeks ago on my blog. I added Callebaut dark chocolate chips, baked it for 50 minutes (not 60) and it came out nice and gooey. L had a great time licking the beater as you can tell. Believe it or not, he wasn't even done when I took this picture. Oh the aftermath!
