Chinese Chicken Salad

Oohhh, I love this recipe...

No canned chow mein noodles or mandarin oranges in this recipe--just pure, fresh ingredients. I changed a few things to enhance it, but nothing major. Make the dressing ahead to save time.

To Mix it Up a Bit:

* add an extra naval orange
* double the wonton wrappers (I used 8 or 10)
* add an extra cup of chicken
* double the dressing to have a reserve--it's tasty!
