I made this for a church function the other night. I won't lie, it was fairly time consuming (2 hours total) but then again, I was trying to make it while taking care of two of my three kids. Perhaps if you are childless or just a better multi-tasker than I, it would take you far less time!!As with most cakes, it was better the next day.
