Although So Cupcake opened it's doors to cupcake-consumers a few weeks ago, today is their "official" grand opening, complete with mini cupcakes and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Natalie of So Cupcake says everyone is welcome.Festivities begin at Noon today, Friday. See you there!
