It really does begin to feel like Spring when tulips join the ranks of gerberas and roses in the floral department. I especially love the monochromatic groupings...namely white and yellow. This inexpensive and colorful way to gussy up a bouquet of flowers. Bonus: it's easy to put together and the materials are easy to find.

In case you are like me and still haven't snagged a roll of red twine over here, go ahead and use a simple thin ribbon in lieu of the twine. I imagine it looking just as pretty.
