DIY: Grosgrain Ribbon Shade

I bought a pair of inexpensive shades at Target the other day and am hoping to make them into something more fun. I'm not a real DIY kinda gal (like she is) but I think I can handle this simple project.

You're too kind...my projects don't always turn out but it's worth a try! I'm sure the shades will look wonderful.
