Lemon Curd Marbled Cheesecake

Oh my...I can't stay away from this recipe (I've made it twice in the last month if you can believe it!). I'm thrilled to discover yet another delicious way to utilize a tart batch of Lemon Curd (for other uses click here). This Lemon Curd Marbled Cheescake is the way to go if you want a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

I like to serve it with fresh raspberries but I bet blueberries would be nice too.
