Artisan Chocolates

I would love take a class on making artisan chocolates. What a fun skill to have! Back in the day my Mom used to always make little boxes of chocolates for neighbors and friends on Valentine's Day...it would be fun to continue the tradition. Okay, so I have two weeks to learn how to make these? Hmmm....

Until I am able to break away to an urban center for such a class, it might be best to pick up a book like this. If I could even remotely recreate Recchiuti's Tarragon Grapefruit Dark Chocolate, I'd be in heaven.

I took a class and it was fun. It's surprisingly easy - at least to make basic truffles and filled sweets.
