More Uses for Lemon Curd

I'm swooning (!!!) over these gorgeous images over at Canelle et Vanille--a new-to-me foodie blog I just discovered this week over at Black Eiffel. Oh the wonderful things she made with her Meyer Lemons! I'm dying to make that semifreddo...the only trick is making sure I convert the measurements properly.
Let's hope {and pray} that Costco restocks their Meyers quickly...they flew off the shelves awfully fast!
