I am always up for discovering new, non-corn-syrup alternatives for pancakes, waffles, french toast, etc. My all-time favorite is pure maple syrup (if you buy the store brand it isn't too expensive); but I discovered a new and probably healthier option this week--Mango Sauce. It's surprisingly delicious and very refreshing. You don't feel that over-sugared feeling after consuming it either. But, I think the best part is how easy it is to make...the recipe calls for a mere 3 ingredients!
