Now these are gorgeous. Umbrella maker Maglia Francesco began making umbrellas in Italy at the tender age of 14, before going on to start his own company in the mid-1850's. They've been an icon ever since. While they don't boast a cheap sticker price normally, they are currently on sale. I am officially tempted and could possibly feel inspired to fumble my way through "Singin' in the Rain" with this in tow. Plus, one could argue they could be used in self-defense...check out that lovely, hardwood point :)
