How to Open and De-Seed a Pomegranate

This week's Zupas post is a real gem if you love pomegranates, or want to love them :) You'll be a pro at opening and de-seeding a whole pomegranate in just 5 minutes. And there's a wooden spoon involved...

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I still have 1/2 of a Pomegranate sitting in the fridge because it is such a pain to get the seeds out. Not going to be a problem now so great timing for your blog entry (at least for me).
