I find shopping for a swimsuit as much fun as denim shopping. Both I tend to avoid, yet both I totally appreciate more than anything else in my closet. C'est bizarre...
Anyway, if you're on the hunt for a cute suit to wear to the pool with the kiddos this summer, here are some of my favorites of the season. I love them all, but for different reasons--some are retro in feel, some modern, and some ultra-feminine. Any way you look at 'em though, they are really fabulous. Hopefully I saved a couple of you from surfing the web for hours in search of that perfect suit :) Happy Monday!

I love your choices. I found my bathing suit at Lands End Canvas this year. Actually, I've had one bathing suit for the past 8 years!! So i was time to get a new one. They have some really cute choices and most of them are on super sale right now!
ReplyDeleteLove #2 - NEED it.
ReplyDeletenice finds! it is important to have a one piece in the arsenal. #3 #6 are must haves in my book!
ReplyDeleteThank you Steph - you just saved me the dreaded bathing suit shopping! Just bought #2 in black!
ReplyDeletecute suits! i can't get the link for #5 to work. do you have one? thanks!
ReplyDeleteGREAT suits! I need to know where #4 is from. could you link it?
ReplyDeleteI purchased that first blue ikat Jcrew suit-- there is no support for the boobs, so if you have a big chest it probably isn't a great idea...
ReplyDeleteLinks fixed...sorry about that!
ReplyDeleteHannah, good to know about the ikat suit...I really wish JCrew would add more support up top. That is the only thing about their suits that drives me nuts!
I feel the same way about denim and swimsuits. The work of finding the right one is worth the struggle. Thanks for the tips!
ReplyDeleteLove the blue Jcrew one! Just need a reason to buy it...
ReplyDeleteFinding a one piece is SOOOO hard. I recently had great luck with Lands End Canvas Collection. J.Crew has been great too!
ReplyDeleteThose are all so pretty! I just ordered one from anthro (I only buy a new bathing suit like every five years because I so hate the process!) but if it doesn't work out I will try #1 for sure - so cute.
ReplyDeleteloved the one with the bow #3!
ReplyDeleteI ponied up the bucks to buy the Natalie one-piece at Anthro this summer and OMG, it is my dream swimsuit!! So crazy flattering and comfortable. I haaaate wearing swimsuits but I've even been wearing this one around the house!
ReplyDeletei found the exact same swimsuit as the victoria secret one (same rouching, neckline, color, everything!) at JCPenny for only $30...
ReplyDeleteI also just bought a suit at Canvas. I can't wait for it to arrive!
ReplyDeleteLove #2! I just snagged it for $14.99.
ReplyDeleteFrom the looks of your comments, I need to high tail it to Canvas and pick up one of those $15 suits! I don't really need one, but that pricing is awfully tempting. Fifteen bucks? Really?
ReplyDeleteThat being said, I'm feeling the need for some midsection ruching so the Pietra is at the top of my list.
Good to know the IKAT suit from JCrew has no support. Some of their suits do and then some totally don't. It's one of the other with them!
I love that coral one :)
