
I know, I know...lemons aren't technically in season, but all these strawberries I'm surrounded by are encouraging thoughts of lemon-curd + berry-laden desserts. I just can't help going there...
So yesterday's creation was a thick, pudding-like lemon curd--it's just as delicious as my other lemon curd recipe, but different in texture. Because sometimes you want a silky, soft lemon curd and then other times you want something thick and custard-like. And now, my friends, you have both!

ReplyDeleteStephanie, New Zealand really, really is a paradise. The people are incredibly friendly and kind which makes it even better. The earthquakes have put a damper on things, but we are still loving it. If you get a chance to come, Christchurch, Queenstown and the Southern Alps are all must sees. peace, Jennifer
