Where I live it still feels like Spring (my kids are still in school and I have to wear a coat almost every day), and Spring to me equals rhubarb. So forgive me if this delicious vegetable has come and gone in your neck of the woods. It's still alive and kicking in these parts and I simply cannot get enough of it!
Now, if you follow me on instagram (I'm new to it and loving it!), then you know I made this strawberry, rhubarb and basil crumble recently. But what you don't know is that I ate one for breakfast three days in a row (so good! couldn't resist!). After all, the recipe does call for oats and fruit...
