I recently discovered the most delicious jam I've ever consumed and wanted to share the find with you! If you're like me, and esteem homemade jam and bread as one of your all-time favorite snacks, then you'll be thrilled to become acquainted with Deluxe Jam. It's better than any fancy jam at a Williams Sonoma--or Chef Shop--and certainly up there with a few homemade favorites I've purchased at outdoor markets in France (not a surprise, since they admit being inspired by classic, French recipes!). When I sampled a slew of flavors at a local gift/craft market, I found it difficult to choose one jar to bring home. Surprisingly, each flavor was exquisite and incredibly well-executed--it was a heavenly experience.
Consider yourself informed...Deluxe Jam {made here in Seattle!}, is the finest confiture in the US. And thankfully, it's not just available to lucky Seattleites popping into local farmer's markets...you can purchase jars online too!

ReplyDeleteGood jam makes my heart sing! We drove the Mt. Hood fruit loop last fall, and I bought a jar of the most delicious raspberry-peach jam from a tiny little farm stand--I'm going to try to recreate it at home this summer. All of these Deluxe flavors sound equally incredible!
